What if I miss a class that I paid for?

1A. You can attend a makeup class at any future class that Shelly has scheduled at any time.

What is your refund policy?

If you cancel prior to 1 week before the class begins, you will get a full refund.  If you cancel with less than a week’s notice, you will get either:
a. a 50% refund
b. full credit towards any future class that Shelly offers

What do you charge to repeat a class?

Parents who want to repeat any of the classes will get a 50% discount per class.

How early can I start using the Becoming a Love and Logic Parent® skills?

The authors have designed the program to assist parents with children as young as six months and all the way through teenage years.  They also stress it is never too late to begin the process.  After all, it is never to late to improve relationships and to set loving limits with our children.

What if my spouse won’t or can’t take the class… will it work?

Yes, although it’s ideal for both parents to attend, we realize that it’s not always possible due to our busy lives.  The authors stress that kids will adapt to various discipline styles.  Most parents also report that after a partner witnesses the effectiveness of the techniques, they usually gain enthusiasm to learn more.
